Seyssinet-Pariset souhaite offrir un nouveau centre-ville \u00e0 ses habitants. Elle souffre \u00e0 ce jour d\u2019un centre commercial d\u00e9suet et en perte d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 une situation centrale \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d\u2019un arr\u00eat de tramway. Elle place donc beaucoup d\u2019espoirs dans son r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement con\u00e7u comme le prolongement du Parc Lesdigu\u00e8res pour en faire un v\u00e9ritable c\u0153ur de ville anim\u00e9, habit\u00e9 et paysag\u00e9. Le projet urbain a pour objectif de recr\u00e9er un lieu de vie par la redynamisation des commerces et l\u2019accueil de nouveaux logements, l\u2019accueil d\u2019une biblioth\u00e8que-m\u00e9diath\u00e8que et de nouveaux commerces.
