L\u2019un des volets de la mission a consist\u00e9 en l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un \u00ab \u00e9co-r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel \u00bb de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement et de l\u2019urbanisme pr\u00e9cisant le processus et les principes de mise en \u0153uvre de projets urbains durables.
