la m\u00e9tropole de Grenoble s\u2019interroge sur le devenir du site de l\u2019ancien Conforama situ\u00e9 en face du P\u00f4le d\u2019Echange Multimodal de Grand\u2019Place et \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate du futur projet de grande place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">En s\u2019appuyant sur un relev\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis de l\u2019existant, cette \u00e9tude de prospective urbaine, architecturale et programmatique a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 plusieurs hypoth\u00e8ses explorant diff\u00e9rents niveaux d\u2019ambition (requalification des espaces publics, sc\u00e9narios de
